Look Right, Look Left, Look: Light (again)

Residents have reported to the local Lib Dem Focus Team that several Fulham zebra crossings have been replaced by traffic lights.
"It's difficult to find out who is responsible for these changes because responsibility for our roads is shared between the Council and the London Mayor. They each tend to blame any problems on the other, even though they are both controlled by the Conservatives! One thing seems certain, they both seem to care more about improving traffic flow for cars than helping pedestrians using our roads," says Focus Team Member Paul Kennedy.
