Dirk Hazell, Chelsea & Fulham Liberal Democrat Parliament Candidate, joined fuming Walham Green Residents as they were locked out of Fulham Town Hall for a prebooked meeting this week.
Dirk said: "Walham Green Residents Association had several very important matters to discuss at their meeting tonight. But, for the second time running, they were locked out of Fulham Town Hall where their meeting was scheduled to take place. Residents must be treated with respect, not as a problem.
The Tory leader of Hammersmith & Fulham Council doubtless had good cause to say of his "mates" in the Shadow Cabinet that "they haven't run a piss-up in a brewery" but, when local people are treated like this by the council he leads, who is he to talk?"
